What did you get this week?

My week started off slow but ended very nicely. This week I received a Quaker Granola bar (it's just a 1/2 size bar but that's ok), a small bag of Dunkin Donuts Coffee, sample box of Curves Cereal and several free coupons which I redeemed; 6 pack of Yoplait yogurt drinks, bag of Idahoan instant mashed Potatoes and there were a few free coupons I was able to print up and redeem; bag of Flat Earth chips (yes another one), box of Honey Bunches of Oats cereal (I shopped at Target and they didn't have the chocolate one so I got the strawberry kind, it was $2.24 so I paid the $.24, still not bad for a box of cereal). I also lucked out at Costco this week as they had cat food on demo so they gave me a bag of Purina healthful life cat food. I also received another one of my free magazine subscriptions, this one was actually in my mailbox this week too.

What did you get this week?

A slow week here although it certainly felt a little crazy. I enjoyed my free Ihop pancakes with some friends and also got my free Chipotle burrito which was delicious and got me out of cooking on Valentine's day. I picked up a free Gillette fusion phenom razor for my hubby which he's always happy about, there were a couple of other rebate items I would have liked but I didn't act fast enough so they were all sold out..oh well, better luck next time. No mail freebies this week (other than my free magazine subscriptions) so hopefully my mailman will be happy although I found some of my mail lying on the ground next to the mailbox so who knows. I redeemed a coupon for a free popcorn and one for a free soda at the movies and we lucked out by getting a free appetizer at Olive Garden as they messed up our order so that was a nice little extra.

Pretty nice week for me I got a Huggies diaper in the mail, used the coupon for the free bag of Flat earth Chips which I made $1 on as the coupon rang it for $2.99 eventhough it was on sale for $1.99, I took my eldest to a free Karate class, Picked up a free Chick-fil-a chicken sandwich and got several good free rebate items; 2 full size Spa softsoap body wash bottles and 2 full size 24/7 deodorants which I made another $.75 on thanks to using a coupon in combination with the rebate. Hubby's all stocked up on deodorant again for a while now. Hope you have managed to get some good freebies too!

I just called my closest Chipotle to confirm, the lady told me it's all Chipotles. (Now confirmed in two different states). If you buy a $10 Chipotle gift card before 2-12-08 and take your receipt in on Valentines day they will give you a free Burrito!

Another slow mail week for me I got the South beach living snack and drink and the Cottonelle flushable wipes. I redeemed a coupon for a free slice of pie at Burger King which was a nice little surprise for hubby. I got a bunch of stuff which will end up free after the rebates which made it a great week for me; 2 full size Garnier Fructis shampoos, 2 full size Garnier Fructis conditioners, 3 sticks of 24/7 Speedstick deodorant, 2 Maybeline lip glosses and 2 full size Orajel mouth rinse bottles. Some of the rebate items I will actually make money on as I combined them with coupons which doesn't effect the rebate so I will make an extra $2 off the deal, I love to make money off my shopping :)
